My “A-ha” Discovery

As a stressed out, overwhelmed global senior training manager at a software company undergoing rapid change, it took three of life’s most stressful events plus a crisis to shock me into a transformation on a park bench when I allowed myself to finally feel my emotions. In that moment, I instantly recognized and adapted to what was out of my control.

That moment planted a seed toward my eventual career path of training and coaching leaders in emotional intelligence. After the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic struck, my clients asked me to speak about emotional agility during crisis. As more clients requested this program, it has been expanded to an interactive group coaching program to give participants more lasting results.
